As a first time home buyer, it was so important to my husband Nick and I to have a realtor that understood the type of property we were looking for, knew the towns we were searching in and respected our budget. Dot did all of that and much more. She was flexible with her schedule and worked with us to go see houses when it was convenient for us and she answered all of our questions without hesitation. She walked us through each step of the process and made sure we understood each aspect of the home buying process-- even after we found a home. Not only did I feel that Dot was extremely knowledgeable, but I also felt as though she genuinely had our best interests at heart and was on our house hunt with us. When we closed on our home, she even gave us a little "home" decorative sign and it was our first gift for our new home, which was so thoughtful. Dot definitely goes above and beyond for her clients and when your work with her is over, you almost feel like family. I would recommend Dot to anyone-- she was the BEST!
